Built in 1892, this Bay View original is one of the neighborhood’s oldest farmhouses—and it’s full of personality. Expect quirks, creaky floors, and a maze of rooms that always seem to surprise you. This isn’t a polished hotel experience, but a home with soul, charm, and plenty of space for your stay in Milwaukee. Unwind on the porches, explore Bay View’s coffee shops and restaurants, or stay in and make use of the treadmill, boxing setup, or workspace. A true Bay View experience—this is it.

The space
The entire house is yours! You'll find 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, workout room in the attic, attached garage for two cars, and two backyard porches. Your hosts work at their design studio just a few doors down.

The house itself was built in 1892. One of the oldest original farmhouses in the Bay View neighborhood. The floors may creak, the mismatched patterns of the wood floors show the patterns of life and families that have lived here throughout the years. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel… we highly suggest The Kimpton downtown. If you’re looking for old school Bay View with a rustic twist and a whole lotta love… seek no further.

We have a hot tub available as an optional amenity for an additional charge of $150 for the duration of your stay. We charge this fee for emptying the tub, thoroughly cleaning the walls and filters, refilling, and properly maintaining chemicals. It's quite a bit of work to maintain a healthy hot tub. Please reach out to us and mention that you would like to use it in advance of your stay.

Departure Cleaning: We ask all guests to remove and place garbage in the bins in the alley and leave all used laundry and bedding on the living room floor for us to take to the laundry mat.

Neighborhood highlights

We love our local coffee shops ( there are many), a few of our very close friends own bars in the neighborhood we tend to frequent, the restaurants are some of the best in the city and during summer... you'll love a walk through Humboldt Park. It's also great to have Target and Walgreens right down the street. Just in case! Our house sits just off the freeway and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.
