The space
Wake up to the sunrise & lake views with a picture window in the master bedroom! (Equipped with black out curtains.)

Or enjoy the lake from our deck & outdoor living space. We have sunshades that can be raised over the deck on sunny days. (See video under “House Rules” on how to use the sunshades.)

Look out over the lake while you linger in bed or head outside to enjoy the sounds of the birds by day & the frogs, owls & crickets by night!

The cozy fire-pit faces the lake.
(Sometimes there is leftover firewood from the previous guest, but to be safe put firewood & marshmallows on your packing list now!)

Our property faces the sunrise.
The sun sets on the other side of the peninsula so there is plenty of afternoon shade on our property.

Guest access
Guests have private access to our deck, charcoal grill, fire pit & our yard/lot that extents out to the water. (Please do not use our neighbor's dock or outdoor kitchen.)

Private parking is just steps away from the front door in our gravel driveway. 2 vehicles maximum may be parked in our driveway. (This is a resort rule.)

Guests have shared access to the community pool, pool house & seating, community kitchen, propane grills, boat ramp, laundry room & restrooms with showers.

Other things to note
Dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please register your pet in the same place where you put the number of adults & children that will be staying. Airbnb will add the pet fee to your total.

Pets MUST be on leash when outside of the unit (even if they are with you.)

Please clean up after your pet inside the house as well as outside on walks.

If your pet is a SERVICE ANIMAL please message us to let us know you will be bringing them. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if extra cleaning is necessary.

There is an apartment sized refrigerator but you might also want a cooler for beverages out on the deck.

Neighborhood highlights

The pool, clubhouse, boat ramp, community kitchen, playground, dog park, laundry room & bath-house are all visible from our property & just a short walk across the peninsula.

The resort is new so the lots are about 1/3 full of Tiny Homes & RVs and it's very quiet.
