Original historic charm with modern amenities - accommodations include: spacious great room with ample space to lounge & dine, upscale fully equipped kitchen, 4 bdrms, 3 baths, and an amazing location! Features custom green barn doors, built-in bunk beds, exposed brick, tall ceilings, and amazing river views. Sleeps 1-12

The space
The elevator opens directly into this fabulous private 3rd floor apartment. Instantly, guests appreciate the massive size of this suite. Beyond charming and inspired by the nostalgia of Churchill Downs. No detail overlooked and intentionally designed, featuring 4 sets of green barn doors, tons of exposed brick, tall ceilings, walls of windows, and custom built-ins. The great room has a huge living space, upscale fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, ample seating for dining or lounging, a 70" Smart TV, and fabulous river views. There are 3 sizable full bathrooms with modern tile and finishes. Sleeping up to 13, accommodations include:

We are in the heart of downtown - on the Bourbon Trail and walking distance to restaurants, museums, The Yum Center, Convention Center, 4th Street Live, and many other popular Louisville venues!

There are plenty of convenient and economical parking options, including:
- Street parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays. Pay with a card or the Go502 app
- 21C parking garage is around the corner at 7th & River Rd ($7/day) pay with cash or Go502 app.

Other things to note
Gatherings of any kind must be approved prior to booking. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to sleep in the suite - extra guests will forfeit your security deposit. We work hard to accommodate our guests, please send us a message and we will determine if we can meet your needs.
