A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs.

The space
The apartment is only available or bookable for 2 people. An entire apartment is rented. In the apartment, there is a large room, a small bathroom and a small balcony at your disposal. It consists of 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 double sofa, 1 fireplace, 1 small dining table with 3 chairs, 1 cabinet, 1 kitchen with the most necessary utensils (see description of amenities), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small table with 2 chairs on the balcony (see pictures).

We would like to point out that smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The apartment and also the hallway is not suitable for wheelchairs and not handicapped accessible. There is also no elevator.

Check-in is possible from 1 pm to 10 pm and check-out no later than 11 am.

Pets are not allowed.

In our apartment building it is very quiet and clean.
