Guest access
You will be able to access the house and outdoor space which includes a covered bridge, golf practice mat, and 26 row vineyard. The detached garage is not available to guests.
Other things to note
-Have an Electric Vehicle? We have a charging station for you!
-Central AC/ heat and ceiling fans in each room.
-We provide starter supplies including but not limited to fire wood (during winter months), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, and a hair dryer.
-The outdoor fire pit is seasonal and dependent on Mariposa county fire restrictions.
-You are in nature and should expect to be surrounded by it, including insects and wildlife. We do our best to keep them out of the house but they will find their way in from time-to-time. Please keep doors shut to help prevent critters indoors. It is highly suggested to use caution when walking outdoors. Never go barefoot! Protective shoes are always recommended.
-You will have the entire property and house to yourselves and will not be disturbed by any workers or property managers.
-For your security and ours there are 2 outdoor cameras one facing the front entrance and the other facing the driveway. They are not located anywhere you would be sitting, relaxing, or hanging out and are there to ensure and easy check in/ check out as well as confirm the number of guests. We DO NOT have any cameras inside the house.
-We have 4 chickens that were hatched on May 27th of 2020 and they live in a double fenced chicken coop on the south end of the property. The coop will remained locked during your stay.
