Kick up your feet up in our cozy living rooms, cook up your favorites in our fully equipped kitchens, and make yourself at home while enjoying fabulous Main Street and river views. In the heart of Museum Row and a short walk/ride from downtown Louisville's most popular venues. The perfect property and location for those seeking a fabulous Louisville experience.

Guests will enter the charming lobby where they will obtain keys to their suite. The only common space The Pres guests will possibly share, and a cozy spot to lounge while waiting for transportation, greeting delivery drivers, or just hanging out and enjoying the hustle and bustle of Main Street.

The elevator brings guests to the 5th floor which opens directly into the suite (stairs are an option). This private Penthouse apartment occupies the entire 5th floor. Thoughtfully and intentionally designed with modern amenities making for a comfortable stay. The open concept layout and generous in size and includes a nicely equipped full kitchen with stainless appliances and Quartz countertops. Sophisticated open living and dining space with relaxed furnishings and a large Smart TV. The King bed is beyond comfortable! The large marble bathroom has a walk-in shower and stocked vanity. A great view inside or out! Lounge on the large outdoor sofa while taking in our spectacular views.

We are in the heart of downtown - restaurants, museums, The Yum Center, Bourbon tours and many other popular Louisville venues are within walking distance.
There are plenty of convenient and economical parking options, including:

Other things to note
Very strict "NO PARTY" rule. Locals should be forthcoming about the reason for their stay. The hosts will consider private events for additional fees, but it must be approved prior to booking - including Thunder Over Louisville!
