Our 1 bedroom apartment is a wonderful space that consists of 1 bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. The AC is in the bedroom. The living room has a sofa that doubles as a twin bed, an open kitchen with large table for 4 people. There is a wireless internet (we have fiber optic service and 3 different providers so fast internet is always available).

The place is bright and spacious, both the bedroom and living room have large windows to let in the light and breeze!

The space
Our 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the Croc building. Croc is a place where people tend to stay a bit longer than just a few days. We have a nice community of people that stay here, many of them are digital nomads and divers, but all of them are here to enjoy a home away from home in a lovely building with lots of plants and trees and shade.

Guest access
The 1 bedroom apartment is private and the common areas like the rooftop sun deck are shared with other guests. We have 3 cats that live in the common areas, they're called Ella, Flaco (skinny), and Paco. They love attention and food! Feel free to provide them with both (they do get fed by us even though they pretend they don't!).

Other things to note
If you are traveling with a small pet, please let us know before make a reservation. We will need to know more about your pet before we can confirm your pet's stay at Croc.

We have 3 cats that live in the common areas, they're called Ella, Flaco (skinny), and Paco. They love attention and food! Feel free to provide them with both (they do get fed by us even though they pretend they don't!).

The condo comes with a clean set of towels and sheets. If you are staying longer you can have them laundered at a nearby laundromat.

The laundry of sheets and towels and the cleaning of the unit during their stay is the responsibility of the guest. If you want to book a cleaning service during your stay (cost is extra) please get in touch with us.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, these include drinking water, hand soap, garbage bags and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay.

We do not provide salt, pepper or oil during your stay.

There is no parking in the building, you must park on the street using the parking meter.
