Our stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect. We were 2 couples spending some time for NYE in Zagreb and we enjoyed it to the most. The apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, very spacious, comfortable, really warm (you can adjust heating as you need - p.s. outside it was -15!), the kitchen is very well equipped (we manage to cook and also BAKE a delicious NYE dinner for us:), the shower is also very spacious, everything seems new. The position is truly great just 5 min walk from Jelacic square and right outside the building there is a Funicular and there were also little Xmas markets...very very nice:) The 2 bedrooms have windows actually to Tomiceva street so in the evening is was a bit noisy, but after 23 everything closes so we could really sleep well. Also Mr Mikula was very kind and helpful, he gave us all the information that we needed and waited for us directly in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Zagreb :) Thank you Mikula and Verdana
I have been with my 2 daughters in at Mikulas Apartment. And we can 100% recommend Mikula and this Apartment. From our first contact with him by email until our last day, it was perfect. Our Train was 2h delay and it was not a problem for him to pick up us at 11 p.m. During our stay he ask for some help and if sometihing is missing.
The Apartment was exactly real how the pictures shown at airbnb. All rooms are clean and full equiped. The Location from our Point of few can´t be better to down town and all Shops, coffee bars and Restaurants. The old town (upper town) is reachable by five minutes walk. Hi, my partner and I own the flat in the very centar of Zagreb that we have decided to rent on a short term basis due to its attractive location. We take full care of the flat, ie ensuring that you have all you need while at the same time securing full privacy during your stay. We will ensure that you receive clean linen and towels upon your arrival and that the flat is perfectly clean.
As a couple we work a lot, do loads of stuff together and enjoy travelling. Please feel free to ask us not only about Zagreb but any places that you would like us to visit in Croatian country side or at the coast.
We hope that you will visit Zagreb and enjoy the beauties it offers while we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
