No matter the season, you’ll enjoy Majestic Views’ 180 degree panoramic views throughout the year as well as enjoy the property & its stunning coastal location.
Located approximately 4.8 miles, is the Floras Lake National Park where guests enjoy both flora and fauna throughout the year. The beach is approximately 1.5 miles from the Majestic Views property.
Self check-in is available via the property’s lockbox, the code will be provided to you after confirmation of reservation.
The space
THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen boasts a full size refrigerator, combination stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, dishware/drinkware, utensils, including pots and pans allowing the gourmet in your group nearly everything they need at the touch of their fingertips. You’ll enjoy complimentary Keurig pods as well as creamer & sugars including oils and spices, which are also available during the duration of your stay.
You’ll find the washer and dryer very convenient when you need to freshen up hiking or beach wear. A starter pack of laundry soap is also available for your use.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The home’s 75” Samsung flatscreen offers streaming services & apps that include Netflix as well as cable services. We do not allow guest refunds or discounts should the unlikely event of disruption of cable/internet services occur.
THE BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms all feature top of the line mattresses and include hotel quality linens, providing a peaceful repose at the end of the day. There are plenty of options available should you need a few pillow choices as well as extra blankets.
WARNING of BUNK BED RISKS. A bunk bed has an inherent risk of fall as it requires climbing to reach the bed. Children should not be left alone in a room that contains a bunk bed. Only one person should be allowed on the top bunk at a time, and there should be absolutely no horseplay on or under the beds. To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that is not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes, and towels.
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM RISKS. As a condition of booking this ROOM/APARTMENT/LISTING, by reserving, Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the Owner, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, and attorney fees and costs whatsoever arising from, related to, or resulting from these Risks, including those caused by the negligent acts or omissions of those released herein, and agrees to indemnify Owner for any claims for injuries to those allowed in the LISTING by the Guest.
THE BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms feature plenty of hotel quality towels, face cloths, a hair dryer, and a starter pack of toilet paper as well as complimentary toiletries including body soap & shampoo/conditioner.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
Majestic Views is located in a more remote setting, allowing you to enjoy wildlife sightings. Don’t be surprised if you happen to see some wildlife, including some incredibly beautiful birds, while visiting us here on the coast of Oregon. Because of the nature of our region, please keep all doors closed so none of the creatures you DON'T want to share space with get in. Sometimes no matter what we do or our guests do, bugs will get in, please let us know if you’re concerned about any infestation so that we can promptly respond to the situation, we want your stay to be as problem free as possible and will make every effort to remedy any situation should you contact us. **Because we make every effort to make your stay “critter-free” we DO NOT refund reservations should stray critters enter the property without your permission.**
The exterior of the home offers a large deck with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in the morning while enjoying coffee or in the evening sharing space with family & friends wishing to enjoy spectacular views while dining al fresco.
Summertime grilling on the home’s outdoor grill provides the best opportunity for the grill master in your group to create something hearty after a day spent playing.
