It has been fully renovated to offer the best of modern comfort while restoring its original details. Quiet guest bedrooms open on a patio and garden. Half a block from bustling Franklin Ave with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and 6 different subway lines: 1 subway stop to Barclays Center, 4 stops to Manhattan. Walk or CitiBike in minutes to the Brooklyn Museum & Prospect Park

The apartment is located at the garden-level of a historic brownstone built in the 1890's. It has been fully upgraded to have all the elements of modern comfort like Central AC, washer/dryer, and lots of closet space!

There is a relaxing living room which include a sectional couch, coffee table, smart TV (no cable but Netflix and other apps available), magazines and board games. The kitchen/dining area should have everything needed to enjoy a nice meal, from chef's knives to stainless steel appliances! You'll also find lots of books, including "Secret Brooklyn" an unusual guidebook I wrote!

The guest bedrooms face the garden and are therefore very quiet. You’ll enjoy watching the squirrels and listening to the occasional cardinals!
