The luxurious, French-styled Carriage House is a 3-bedroom villa at the historic Church Point Manor. With a first-floor, King-bed room and two upstairs, queen-bed rooms, the Carriage House can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Stroll down our winding nature walk to reach our private dock on the Lynnhaven River, or enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on our private, hedge-screened tennis court.

The space
The Carriage House is a lovely 1,700-square-foot villa with a King bedroom on the first floor and two separate Queen bedrooms on the second. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The front door opens up to an intimate and cozy foyer and continues into an expansive living room with a 50" TV and a full fireplace. Three full-sized, arched carriage doors open up to the outside, allowing guests to enjoy an indoor-outdoor space from the foyer or living room. The quaint kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and sink.

Relax on the covered porch just 20 feet away from our 300-year-old, award-winning (yes, really!) willow oak tree.

Location

Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States

The Carriage House resides on the same 2.7-acre lot as the Church Point Manor, and the land is beaming with history. Originally built in 1860 and surviving through the Civil War, the manor operated as a farmhouse for over a century. Following a restoration and renovation in 1993, the manor was converted into a Bed and Breakfast that has entertained guests such as President Barack Obama and Ambassador Caroline Kennedy.
