This apartment was a nice stay for our honeymoon in London. The landlord was very helpful and welcoming to us. She was making sure that we had anything needed to have a smooth stay. The area is also nice. Notting Hill is a lovely place and quite well connected despite the quiet area. We would definitely recommend this place for other couples. It's homie, it's full of interesting art / cultural books, it's warm! Thanks Helena! It was just what we needed.

What a great place! Near the tube and food shops and restaurants. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Helena is a wonderful and thoughtful host. I felt very at home and would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay in London at Helena's flat. The location is perfect and Helena is a great host. Communication was very easy, and the flat was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed 18 days and enjoyed every one of them. We will be very happy to stay here again when we return to London. Many thanks, Helena!
If you fancy for staying in a true English house in iconic Notting Hill, you would love this one. Basement flat is typical yet special thing for central London as well as small but nice backyard.
The flat definitely has certain style and caracter, thanks to many art things and decorations. It is not new but has all you need for comfortable stay.
I would recommend this to everyone who want to stay in inconic London district with style and reasonable price.
Amazing experience. Helena was an incredible host - so helpful! She drove around with me while I found a parking spot, fed the meter for me, and hauled my very heavy suitcase down her steps. She was very communicative and helpful before and during my stay. The chocolate, fluffy white towels and toiletries were lovely touches and lent the place a boutique hotel feeling, although it's also very homey. I was only in London for a couple of hectic days and didn't get much time to hang out on the lovely patio, but I wish I had. Comfy bed, and an absolutely fantastic location in buzzing Notting Hill. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to London! Thanks Helena!
Helena was the PERFECT host. The apartment is amazing; an absolutely fabulous location and it is surprisingly quiet. It is tastefully furnished and the garden is just lovely. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.
This is a nice place to stay in a great part of London. The place is a basement flat and it's very big, lots of space to spread out. The shower is wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook is provided and Helena even left me a few basic to get started. Great to have something to eat after a long flight! The bed is on the small side and a bit hard but you should be tired enough to sleep after days spent exploring London! The area is safe and interesting. Portobello Rd is just around the corner. There are tube stations and supermarkets and cafes within a short walk. The location was just ideal!
Helena is an enthusiastic, welcoming, and well-organized host who did an excellent job of introducing us to her home and its amenities! We immediately felt at peace and excited to stay at her flat.
This flat is in a vibrant and fresh neighbourhood and is located incredibly close to many lovely shops, organic and health food stores, as well as quirky restaurants. The flat is also a nice, short walk to many modes of public transport.
We really loved the flat. It was very clean, and just as bright as in the photos. The bathroom (and flat as a whole) was immaculate. We enjoyed the juicer and there was enough space to do yoga and not fell cramped. The porch area in the back of the flat made for a relaxing space for breakfast.
For our next trip to London we will absolutely be hoping to stay at Helena's once again!
Lovely flat, exacty like the description and photos. It was very clean and well-equipped, and Helena left everything I needed for breakfast, including some fresh strawberries. She is a very helpful and friendly host, and gave me advice on local shops and markets. It was my first time staying in this part of London, and I liked the location - well connected by public transport and not far from the centre but quite calm and relaxing.
Just spent the weekend at Helena's beautiful London flat. The place was immaculately clean, quiet, cosy and full of interesting books and artefacts from Helena's travels. Helena was extremely welcoming and very helpful. A real pleasure to deal with.
