Historic Victorian home in downtown Flagstaff. Wood floors, high ceilings, central heat, and A/C! Upstairs bedroom has a new king bed and fold out single & half bath. Main level bedroom has a new queen bed. Living room has a fold out single. Kitchen is well-stocked & a great private backyard with gas grill and private NEW hot tub. Walking distance historic to downtown.
This home has been split into 2 units, this unit is the larger half of the duplex. There is NO access between units.

The space
Courteous volume level is appreciated in the home, with respect to other unit guests. The backyard and hot tub are exclusive use to this unit.

Guest access
This home is a duplex, but the Victorian suite is the main unit with the front door entrance. The laundry is in a shared area with access on the south side of Unit 2(facing Elm St) through the blue door.

-Central heating and cooling.
-NO cable, smart TV's only.
-Internet not suitable for remote work or video calls.
-NO parties or loud music.
-This is a historic home that has been split into two completely separate units.
