Location, location, location! This upper level unit is conveniently situated just minutes from downtown Saint Paul and everything it has to offer! Take in a concert or hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center, attend an event at the RiverCentre, or dine at one of the trendy restaurants on St. Peter Street! You're less than 5 miles away! This lovely home is also about 10 min or less from MSP Airport, as well as Childrens, Regions, and United Hospitals, and about 15 minutes from Mall of America.

The space
The home has been tastefully decorated to feature a fun, retro-inspired vibe. Mixed with modern wall colors and contemporary decor, you will find charming vintage touches throughout. There is a fully-stocked kitchen in the home so that you can shop locally and prepare meals during your stay if so desired. You can also relax or read a book in the sunny living room, or work at the desk that is provided as well. There are a total of three bedrooms in the unit. Maximum occupancy for the unit is one person per bedroom, so the unit may be shared with up to two other guests during your stay. Each room locks separately with a key for guest security and privacy. The cozy bedrooms boast trendy furnishings and decor so that you will feel comfortable and at-home whether you are staying for three nights or three months.

During your stay
I do not live on site but am frequently in the area attending to my Air Bnb listings. I also have a contractor on call to handle any maintenance issues that may arise during your stay.
