The Downtown Apartments are located on the old town square in Marshall, Arkansas and have amazing views of the Ozark Mountains behind the historic Searcy County Courthouse. A spiral staircase leads to the balcony where you will enjoy a bird’s eye view of the courthouse and the sleepy town square.

Newly remodeled apartment hidden above the town square. Located right in the heart of Marshall. 200 mbps Wifi and Smart TVs in the living area. There are 3 apartments that share an entryway and balcony. This apartment and another (apt #2) share a foyer, balcony, and entryway. The 3 apartments together provide 5 private bedrooms and sleep a total of 17 people. Apartments 2 and 3 are also on Airbnb.

Neighborhood highlights

The city park and fishing lake are within walking distance, as well as the county library and the Hattie House, a community center and playground for children. Within 3 miles are Harp's grocery store, Dollar General, Sonic, McDonald's, and 2 Mexican restaurants. Everyone loves the Daisy Queen, offering old fashioned favorites, and the Kenda Drive-In Movie Theater, for great family fun all year round. Ryan's Main Street Grill, with drinks, dinner, and dancing, and The Skylark Cafe are also Searcy County favorites located 10 miles away in Leslie.
The Buffalo National River is located within 10 miles and there are many canoe rental/shuttles in the area. Gilbert is a quaint little town right on the Buffalo and is only 15 miles from the apartment. Photographers can't get enough of the Smith Barn that's right outside of town and home to a heard of elk at certain times of the year. Falling Water Falls is beautiful and refreshing and makes a great road trip through Richland Valley off Point Peter Mountain.
