This is a clean, comfortable cabin with kitchenette, full sofa bed, and outdoor facilities. Water is just outside for cooking. Outdoor shower in appropriate weather. Toileting facilities are close. Firepit and wood available.

5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Enjoy our creeks, rock overhangs, cliffs &, trails.

The space
Phone service: guests tell us...Verizon and AT&T have good service. Sprint is spotty, Tmobile and Boost do not connect here.
But then, you're not coming to be on your phone, use it as a time to relax and connect with nature!
The cabin is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and basic starters like coffee, oil and condiments. Towels, washrags, kitchen towels, dish soap and tp are provided.
A true Tiny House sits close by. Come by and say hello!

We are open and ready for guests! Be assured, this is a country setting so there is plenty of fresh air. We will be implementing all the new cleaning and sanitizing recommendations given to us by AirBnB. It us our pleasure to have you and is our goal to give you a a clean comfortable place to get away for the hustle bustle of life. Come join us!

Other things to note
just fyi: there are 2 amenities shared with any renters that may be in the tent at the time of your stay. These are the outdoor restroom and outdoor shower.
The outdoor shower is great for most seasons and is an enclosed space with a locking door. We will supply you with towels and washcloths.

Neighborhood highlights

This a great stay for those looking for time away from the hustle bustle of daily life. Come hike, walk in the woods or fields, enjoy forest bathing, grounding, do art, read, play in the snow or just sit and pet our friendly lab, Ralph. We have a fire pit available for nightly thought and reflection as well as the enjoyment of marshmallows. Bring hot dogs if you so choose.
You might see deer, turkey, squirrel, rabbits and hawks.
We will provide you with some items for breakfast. You might receive home baked goodies, fruit, fresh eggs (chickens willing :) ), otherwise we'll provide some grab and go choices.
Grocery stores and restaurants are 10-15 min away.

My off days, you'll find me on the farm gardening, gathering eggs, maintaining flower beds, cutting trees...you get the idea. My favorite daily is reading and hiking. I love the peaceful area by the creek.
