A spacious (140 sqm, 5 rooms), beautiful, sunny & warm apt fully furnished with mostly imported furniture (Europe) & white curtains. Suitable for a couple or a family. The apt has a kitchen, wifi, TV/Netflix & a washing/dryer machines. Guests say it has a magical feel. Balcony with sit and lay down area.

A spacious (140 sqm) has 5 spacious rooms plus kitchen, dining room, 2 balconies, 3 bathrooms. One room is used as an office. The kitchen is big and fully equipped (no dishwasher), living room (with ability of 2 additional sleeping spaces on the sofa). The big balcony with a bench and a sun bed. The apt has also 2 own parking space below the building. No pets allowed.
No smokers. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apt and balconies.

It has 3 little shopping centers with all major needs in walking distance of 5-10 mins. It is easy and convient.
