This beautiful two-bed first-floor apartment is south-facing and located in a popular garden in Jardín 9! From there it is only a few minutes’ walk to the Condado Club and around 10 minutes to the main Al Kasar centre.

Condado de Alhama is a first-class golf resort with an 18-hole golf course specially designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. The apartment includes one double and two single beds with air conditioning and all the modern appliances you would expect for a great stay.

The Condado de Alhama resort is based a short drive from the beach and 15 minutes drive from the nearest town. It is an inviting and well-maintained resort with a myriad of beautiful gardens, tennis courts, and swimming pools surrounded by top golf courses. There is a relaxed community vibe and a safe environment for little ones.
