The space
This unit has been completely renovated, Brand new stainless steal appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite counters. King bed with bi fold doors to close off the bedroom from the living room and kitchen.
The view from the 10th floor is AMAZING! Looking off to your right you can enjoy the beauty of watching boats in the back bay, to the left the beautiful white sandy beach along with the Gulf of Mexico. Certain times of year you won't even have to leave your balcony to watch the sunset.
Here at Estero Beach and Tennis you have plenty to keep you busy. A game of tennis, shuffle board, gym facilities,spending the day on the beach or relaxing by the pool you have it all at your finger tips. Please use the dedicated crosswalk between building A and B to walk across Estero Blvd.
It's turtle nesting season,(May 1st to November 1st) so we do have a few rules we need to follow. These rules are a city ordinance and are required by anyone residing on the beach. Eve from Turtle Time (aka The Turtle Lady) is either your best friend or your worst nightmare. We prefer to keep her our friend. ALL shutters/ blinds facing the beach MUST BE CLOSED by 9:00 PM. If you enjoy nightly beach walks please make sure your flashlight is LED. Whatever you do, DO NOT DISTURB A NESTING SEA TURTLE. If caught, fines can be as high as $10,000 and you could potentially face jail time. If you are lucky enough to see a sea turtle coming ashore and/or laying her eggs, please keep your distance and watch. It truly is a once in a lifetime experience.
Avoid using flash photography as it may disturb and scare the sea turtles. When booking you must acknowledge and agree to follow all Turtle nesting rules and regulations. If we are issued a fine during your stay you will be responsible for the violation! When booking you must acknowledge that you have read the section OTHER THINGS TO NOTE. These are condo association rules that must be followed. If we are notified that rules were broken or not followed by you, you WILL be asked to leave and you WILL forfeit your security deposit.

Other things to note
All residents and guests are required to register at the registration station located outside the Association Office in B Building. Passenger automobiles may be parked only in the areas provided for that purpose.No Parking is permitted in the Fire Lane Do not park along the hedges or grass areas. Drive slowly while on Estero Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. property, not in excess of 10 mph, and no passing. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. All apartments shall be used for single family residential purposes only. Occupancy of individual units shall not exceed four (4) persons. Violation of this rule will result in eviction. “Quiet Time” is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.. Excessive noise, loud music, TV's or radios are not permitted at any time. Please respect other residents. Trash chutes are located on every floor. Garbage must be tied or sealed in plastic bags and placed in the trash chute. Please do not use the trash cute during “Quiet Time”. Do not leave trash on the trash chute room floor. Do not place pizza boxes or other large items down the trash chute. Place these items in the dumpsters located on the ground-level in the trash rooms. Do not leave trash on the floor of the ground-level trash rooms or on the lawn outside the doors of the trash room. Recyclable materials – bottles, cans, newspapers, and brown cardboard (no plastic bags please) should be placed in the recycle bins located on the ground floor in the trash rooms. Do not feed the birds from the balconies. Do not sweep, shake rugs or towels, throw or drop objects from the balconies. At no time is it permitted to allow water to drip off a balcony. No personal items, such as shoes, plants, bicycles, furniture, etc.,are to be placed in the hallways or outside of unit doors. This is a violation of fire code regulations and will be enforced. Items will be collected and discarded as trash. No grills of any kind are permitted for use in the units or on the balcony, per the Fire Code of Lee County Florida. Public grills are located next to the pool area at Building A, by the tennis courts, and next to C building patio. Residents and guests are not permitted to hang towels or any other objects from the balcony railings. Elevators, Stairways, and Walkways No smoking in the lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and common hallways. Laundry Room Equipment , Do not overload the machines. Remove the articles from the machines promptly (32 minutes for washers and 30 minute cycle for dryers) If the laundry is left for an extended period of time it will be removed. No rugs are permitted in the machines.The tennis courts are private and not available to the general public. The courts are for unit owners and registered resident, and up to three (3) guests per court per day. Guest must be accompanied by an owner or registered resident at all times. Single players must relinquish the court after one (1) hour of play if there are others waiting to play. Doubles must relinquish the court after one and one half (1 1/2) hours of play. Players must brush the court (pulling the brush) and clean the lines upon completion of play. Please hang up the brushes when you are finished. Proper attire is required on the tennis courts; shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, no swimsuits are permitted. Hours of use are dawn to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to dusk. Courts are watered 12:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.. Make sure the gates are secure when you are finished. The Pool hours are from 1/2 hour after sunrise to 1/2 hour before sunset. No lifeguard is on duty at any time. Do not remove the rope in the pool at anytime. Maximum occupancy in the pool is 26 persons at a given time. Chairs may not be reserved by placing a towel or any other object on the chair, unless you are in the pool area. No food or drinks in glass containers is permitted in the fenced area of the pool. Small children 10 years of age and younger are not permitted in the pool are unattended by an adult. All rules posted in the pool area will be enforced. YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE WHEN BOOKING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE RULES!
