The space
*Clean and comfortable!
Guests have private use of the yard and grounds, 4 private bedrooms (which can accommodate overnight guests of up to 10), 3.5 private bathrooms, ballroom, library, lounge, dining room, speakeasy, game/tv room and shared kitchen.

There is WIFI
Plenty of parking
Modern kitchen with appliances
Private guest entrance
During your stay
Will be around to check you in and accommodate for your event.
Otherwise, my housemate and I will only seen entering and exiting kitchen back door as that is the entrance to apartment space over kitchen.
Other things to note
No smoking in the house.
No running in the house.
No tape allowed on any surface, ceiling, or furniture for decoration purposes or other reason.
Though guest pay a cleaning fee, they are still responsible for bulk trash pickup and disposal.
Marijuana products are prohibited in and/or on the premises.
No personal smoking of any kind allowed in the house. Guests mays smoke on porch or driveway.
Quiet Hours are midnight to 7AM.
Guests that exceed agreed times of planned activities or film shoots will incur a charge of $120 per hour for any time over their activities and each additional hour after that.
All bookings should confirm total number of guests and all plans/activities to occur at the home prior to your booking. Guests are expected to include prep and cleanup times when they provide schedule of activities.
Check in is 3pm.
Checkout is at 11AM.
Guest checking out later than 11AM, unless otherwise approved, will be charged for an additional day.
Housemate and I share apartment spaces above kitchen.
Breaking any of the rules listed about could result in additional fees or immediate termination of your stay.
