Birch House is a private home, that sleeps 6 people. Birch House is a fully furnished, freshly renovated, spacious 3 bedroom home. The open concept kitchen / dining / living area is the perfect space to gather friends and family together.

LIVING SPACE:
- Living room with 57” flat screen TV, electric fireplace and comfy sectional couch
- Internet-enabled TV via Fire Stick so can login to your NetFlix, Prime and Hulu accounts
- WiFi throughout the house

THE KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is the perfect environment for everyone to gather. The open floor plan makes it easy to be together even while cooking. With our kitchen, all you need to bring is your food.

The Kitchen has:
-Range and microwave
-Refrigerator, usually you’ll find basic condiments stocked in our fridge
-Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
-Completely stocked for your cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, and more.
-Forks/spoons/knives/plates for everyone .
-2 coffee machines – traditional drip coffee pot and Keurig single use machine.
-Heated floors
-Outdoor grill with propane. Grilling utensils included.
-Includes plenty of paper towels, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

THE BEDROOMS:
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, all on the main level of the house:
-ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and it’s own bathroom. The master bedroom faces the back yard. Sleeps 2 people.
-ROOM 2: Queen bed with window facing the front yard. Shared bathroom. Sleeps 2 people.
-ROOM 3: Full bed with window facing the front yard. Shared bathroom. Sleeps 2 people.

THE BATHROOMS:
-MASTER BATHROOM: Attached to the master bedroom, the luxurious master bath has a walk-in shower with bench, toilet, large vanity and heated floors.
-SHARED BATHROOM: This bathroom is equipped with a combined tub / shower, toilet and vanity.
