The space
Mountains, Hot Springs and a sky full of stars, it doesn’t get better than this!

This is a brand new Tiny Home located at Grande Hot Springs RV Resort. It’s a beautiful, modern space that has a bedroom with a Queen size bed (firm memory foam mattress) and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A large kitchen with everything you need to make all of your meals. We also provide coffee from Mt. Hood Roasters. There is a bathroom with beautiful double vanity and a shower. The hot water heater will only provide enough water for a very short hot shower, we suggest showering in the hot geothermal showers at the Office building, which is a short few minute walk from the tiny home. Air Conditioner in living room.

This is a rustic glamping experience, located in a natural environment, while we always do a clean up of the Tiny Home just before guests arrive, expect to encounter insects, bees/wasps or small frogs during your stay.

No pets inside or outside (including, crates or vehicles) and No smoking.

Your check info with lockbox code will be sent to your Airbnb INBOX , which can be accessed from the Airbnb app or website.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: Please refer to the Cancellation policy on your reservation under “Trips”. Reschedule Requests for any reason must be done 7 full days prior to the check in date to be approved. >>>In the winter, be prepared to travel in extreme winter weather and to wait out Interstate closures if needed. >>>In the Summer, be prepared for extreme heat events and potentially smoke from wild fires.

PETS are NOT ALLOWED in or at the tiny home including outside, in crates or in vehicles. $100 charge per pet/per day for violations. Cleaning and damage fees may be assessed separately. Please do not ask us to make an exception for your pet. Service animals are allowed per the guidelines set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act. We ask that you declare your service animal at the time of reservation, or we will assume it is a pet. The Animal Health Center in La Grande has dog boarding facilities.

HELPFUL INFO/DISCLOSURES:

- Bring bug spray, there are lots of mosquitos at our location. Typically from Sunset until Dark is when they come out. It is advised to stay inside during this time.

- From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, the RV Park Soaking Pools are open. They are closed during the rest of the year. We sometimes open earlier and close later in the season. Please message for updated info. Access details will be provided in your check in info.

- Our location experiences extremely high winds, typically from November to March. It can create quite a bit of noise. If you are sensitive to noise, this will not be a good location for you.

- Train Noise 1/2 mile away. No whistle, but heavy trains can be heard on the tracks. Most guests enjoy watching the trains. However, we have a sound machine & ear plugs in the bedroom. If you are sensitive to noise, this will not be a good location for you.

- Fire Restrictions do not allow wood fires at our community firepits during certain fire restriction dates, which vary Summer to Summer. No wood fires allowed at Tiny Home.

- We do not charge a housekeeping fee, so please be respectful of our housekeepers time and be sure to wash all dishes/pots/pans. If needed during your stay, a garbage dumpster is located near the Office building. Cleaning charges will apply for excessively messy conditions. Thank You!

- The picnic table has an umbrella, please keep the umbrella down when not using it. We occasionally have high and unexpected winds and do not want to see any people or RV's hurt by a flying umbrella. Tables are removed in the winter months.

We spent several years volunteering at Bagby and have continued to travel to hundreds of hot springs in the US and Canada. In 2013 we purchased Grande Hot Springs, where we love life every day raising our family and creating unique hot spring soaking and lodging experiences.
