The 36 is a large detached privately owned property now offering a self-contained 1 bedroom studio for up to 2 adults in newly built and refurbished rooms. Set in it's own extensive garden with secure off-street parking, 3 seating areas and a petanque court.

The space
There is 1 spacious light and airy bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined together to make a king size bed. Kitchen and living area with built in 4 ring induction hob, fridge, sink, microwave, kettle and toaster. Vestibule with ample storage space.

Guests will have unlimited access to the extensive private garden with secure off-street parking, 3 separate seating areas and a petanque court (boules provided).
