KITCHEN: fully equipped with amazing view. Large table. New equipment: oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer.

LIVING ROOM:
The double sofa bed offers a proper double bed (140*190). Large TV LED with Netflix.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is equipped with 2 beds (90*200), possibility to make a king size bed (180*200). Beds are made upon arrival.

SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED + welcome KIT (tea, coffee, Nespresso capsule, kitchen kit).

LARGE TERRACE: with breathtaking view on Annecy and the surrounding lake mountains: Parmelan, Mont-Veyrier, Semnoz, ... There are all here!

The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company according to a precise protocol, and that for your safety the apartment is disinfected between 2 rentals.
We also use a professional company for the supply of linen and towels (which are washed at high temperature to guarantee impeccable hygiene).
