Our little house is great for exploring all the wonders Elche has to offer. It is a fantastic ground floor, on a quiet street, with a separate entrance. Ideal for relaxing as a couple or spending a few days with friends.
Parking area about five minutes walk, train station about seven minutes, bus connection with practically all areas of the city, beach about 20 km.
Just think, if you want to enjoy Elche, this is exactly what you're looking for.

The space
Our little house consists of a small living room at the entrance of the house. In the living room is a four-seater sofa, in which each of the four modules can be pulled out to make the sofa wider. The TV comes equipped with a Chromecast device, with which you can view your own Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. content using your mobile phone.
Right next to the living room there is a corridor that gives access to the other rooms. In this corridor is located the kitchen, in which, in addition to finding the kitchen itself equipped with an induction plate, you will find the refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster for bread and a microwave.
The hallway leads to the double bedroom, courtyard and a small room where we have placed a bunk bed to better take advantage of the space.
Access to the bathroom is located in the courtyard itself, so you will have to leave the courtyard whenever you want to go to the bathroom. The yard is roofed, so it's no big deal. The bathroom is also complete, and has a shower tray.
You'll be at ease in the sea.

It's a super quiet street, built with floors all the way down.
In Barcelona Square, two minutes away, you have a neighborhood market, where you can find meat, fish (fresh and frozen), fruit, vegetables, eggs, nuts, olives, pickles, seafood and bakery. You also have a hyperber supermarket and a Mercadona just a few minutes walk away.
On Saturdays and Mondays mornings they set up a clothing market on the parallel street, perhaps this is a good opportunity to get closer to doing some shopping.
In the neighborhood you will find different bars, cafes and restaurants with a very varied gastronomic offer.
There are also numerous ATMs around, the closest being one belonging to Bankia, in Plaza Barcelona itself.
Just around the corner, you have a pharmacy, important for a quiet vacation, right?
