Evergreen Home Vacation Rentals invites you to this spacious, recently renovated late 19th-century Victorian. Located within walking distance of downtown North Adams and Mass MoCA, this home is the perfect base for visiting MCLA or Williams College.

Relax on the second-floor balcony or enjoy dinner on the deck under stylish café lights. Featuring 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and smart amenities, you are just 30 minutes from Jiminy Peak. Experience historic charm and modern comfort.

The space
This recently renovated home features a comfortable living room with a a large smart TV and plenty of seating. The attached dining room is filled with lots of natural light and has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal at home. A small storage area is located next to the kitchen.

There is a half bath on the first floor with a washer/dryer combo unit.

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom and guest bedroom both have queen beds. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower combo.

There is a private porch on the second level at the front of the house with comfortable outside chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The back of the house has a private patio lit with cafe lights and an outdoor dining set

Located within walking distance to downtown North Adams & Mass MoCA. Close to MCLA & Williams College, a short drive to Mt Greylock & Jiminy Peak.
