This house offers families amazing space and amenities to enjoy Saint Augustine. The six bedrooms allow everyone to have their own space with privacy, and the rest of the house has room enough for the entire family to enjoy themselves. Smart tv. Our home is located near downtown historic St. Augustine Florida, and just one minute drive to the beach. Great location!
The space
The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.
Saint Augustine beach, near where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Nearby there are bicycles and beach toys for rent. Further south, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. Saint Augustine city center, less than three miles north of the house, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $199. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.
Per St Johns County regulations, only ten people are allowed per rental, not counting children 12-years-old or younger. That means this property is allowed up to 10 adults and the rest of the guests must be 12 and under.

You will be able to check-in with ease with the keycode we provide just before your stay, no keys to lose! Our properties are professionally maintained and cleaned. The hosts are just a message away to answer questions or give recommendations for local food and fun.
The tv is a smart tv that allows you to login to your streaming platforms. It also includes Roku live tv channels.
The pool heater thermostat is set to a temperature between 78 and 85 degrees F, depending on the time of the year. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. Our pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Our lawn/landscape professional comes on Wednesdays. These dates are subject to change based on weather or other factors, but in general that is when they are scheduled.

Bring extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed.
We provide 12 bath towels, 6 beach towels, 5 hand towels, 5 washcloths, 1 bath mat (per bathroom), and 2 kitchen towels for our guests. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please read the house rules.
