Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from XNA Airport, Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Walmart AMP, and many great restaurants. Barn at the Springs and The Creeks Golf Course are just down the road along with hiking trails around the Illinois River Watershed. Approximately 20 minutes from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Cyclist and biker friendly with garage space available upon request.

I have a friendly Siberian Husky who loves people but doesn't get along with other animals, so no animals allowed.

The space
Great location with comfortable living space and a cozy back deck and patio. TV in guest room with Roku, Apple TV and access to Hulu and Netflix. Room includes workspace with lamp and USB ports to keep you charged and connected. Help yourself to tea or coffee using the Keurig in the kitchen.

Guest access
Guests will have access to kitchen, living, dining, and laundry rooms. Two parking spots are available in the driveway along with additional street parking. Garage space for bicycles or motorcycles is available upon request.

During your stay
I enjoy interacting with guests but am happy to give you space and be available through the Airbnb app as needed.

Other things to note
I have a friendly Siberian Husky in the house. Please do not give him any food or treats. He will give you a lively welcome but quickly gets used to new friends. He's great with people but does not get along with other animals so no animals allowed. He is free to roam around the house but is not allowed in the guest room.
