Fully enjoy your stay in Billings by staying in this walkout basement apartment that receives lots of natural light! Stocked with all the amenities you need, make this place your "home away from home."

For the past few years, this place has been getting longer term travellers- hence the booked calendar and few reviews.

I have added a piano to the place and you are welcome to play. The entrance has one step down and the door is 31-1/2” wide.

The space
The Missouri Retreat is a fully furnished basement apartment. It consists of one bedroom with a queen size adjustable bed, one bath, spacious living room with TV/Roku hookup, and full kitchen with an air fryer. There's even an electric recliner to help you relax after a long day! Wifi/internet access available. A piano has also been added.

Please no smoking or pets!

Guests have private entry and exit - making it easy to come and go. On street parking is right out front on a quiet street.

Self-check in and keyless entry. Entry code provided by host through text.

Other things to note
Please read all additional rules. Vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies are provided to keep the place clean during your stay and upon checkout.

Please - no pets and no smoking of any substances in or on the property.

Gatherings or celebrations of any kind require pre-approval of the host. Additional approved guests that spend the night will be subject to additional overnight fees.

Quiet hours are 10pm-6 am. Please do not leave children unsupervised.

Host reserves the right after approval to ask for valid current drivers license of the guest checking in. Profile must have a recognizable face picture.

We do not rent to local people wanting a staycation. Go get a hotel.
