Newly built 1000 sq. Ft.suite with Modern Farmhouse Decor. Vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows with great views of the hills. Fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room spaces. Quartz Island countertop. Electric fireplace. Spacious bathroom with double vanity. Nicely appointed bedrooms with great views. Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

Fully equipped and furnished with farmhouse decor. Separate entrance with key code entry, a very private bright and spacious unit located on the upper floor above our 2 door garage. Your home away from home.

Guest access
Fully equipped unit with fireplace, W/D, and large deck off the dining room. Guests are welcome to use the bbq, trampoline, and hot tub located in the back yard.

Other things to note
Quiet family home, plenty of parking. Upon arrival, angled parking in the front or side of the house, or middle lane of the driveway. Plenty of space, please do not park at the neighbours ☺️. The Key pad code will be provided a few days prior to arrival. Reminder to please respect the house rules. Enjoy your stay.

Hello! We are married, have 4 adult children, a son in law and a grandchild. I love to read, sew, relax in the sunshine, travel and explore new places. I am a school administrator and when not working, I enjoy hiking, hanging out with my family, quilting, and floating on the lake soaking up the hot summer sun. Jon is a builder and together we enjoy planning, building and renovating spaces for guest use. Having booked through Airbnb a few times, we thought it would be great to host as well.
