The entire house is exclusively for guests. There is a private garage and private shop on the property which are not accessible.

Other things to note
Twice a year, streets may close for events: the College Station Christmas Parade (normally 2nd Sunday in December) and the BCS Marathon (mid-December). If staying in December, please check event dates. Please note: no smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property.
