Snuggle up in this warm and cozy lodge inspired home. Great for 1 big or 2 families to share. 3 bedrooms each with private baths and a loft for the kids with its own bath. Sleeps 10 with 7 individual beds. Leave the city behind and come to the mountains! Large open style with full chef's kitchen, 2 spas, sauna, seasonal pool and views of the Sierra Mountains. 1 big screen TV with fast Wi-Fi for streaming movie nights plus 2 others. Walk to town for fun, and the slopes are just down the street

The space
Comfortable and Cozy. Our western inspired home makes it easy for one big family or two to share.

With high vaulted ceilings in the living room and the primary bedroom, enjoy all the modern amenities. Featuring 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 4 full bathrooms. With places for 10 people to dine, a kitchen ready to go with all the essentials, and when it is time for the chef to take the day off, you can walk to more than 12 restaurants within a 4 block area. The bowling alley and LA Kings Ice rink is a 5 minute walk, the movie theaters just 3 minutes and the grocery store around the corner. You can fish at Mammoth Creek down the street. The location is super convenient. Mammoth ski slopes and Eagle Lodge are also just down the street. This is location, location, location.

This end unit is the largest size on the property. With a private entry, you enter into mudroom with a handy wood bench, ski racks for the winter lovers, and trays to dry off your boots.

Real wood was harvested for railings, the log mantle and trim. We love the old west lifestyle so there are lots of cowboy touches and hints of Mammoth's old mining days.

On the entry level there are 3 bedrooms each with their private bathroom. You won't find many places of this quality, with this many bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a King size bed, and a vaulted ceiling. It has a Smart TV with Blue Ray player. The shaker style bath has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, a Smart TV with Blue Ray player. There is a closet and plenty of drawers and snow sleds and snow toys. This bedroom also has a full private bathroom.

Bedroom #3 features the Old West with a Queen bed, easy chair with foot rest and reading lamp. The full bathroom has a shower/tub, sink and toilet and more space to hang clothes.

Upstairs is the open style 'great room' with the living room, large corner style sofa, a rocking chair next to the gas fireplace and hardwood floors. The big 75" screen has local cable and all the streaming channels, and a Blue Ray player. Bring your tunes as there is a Bluetooth soundbar to pair with the music on your phone.

The living room opens to a balcony with a private BBQ. (Summer only). There is high speed fast Wi-Fi throughout this unit. The vaulted ceilings in the living room have ceiling fans to circulate the air so you're never too hot or cold. The views out the balcony are of the Sierra Mountains. Step outside and enjoy the starry sky.

The kitchen has all the appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 coffee makers, a regular and a Keurig. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. A great place for the chef to cook up some meals.

There is a 4th bathroom on this level, with sink, large shower and toilet for the guests on the top floor. With touches of antlers, rustic beams and oil lamps, you'll feel the inspired gold mining history of Mammoth .

The third level is the loft and made into a 4th sleeping area. It is open to the 2nd level,. There are 4 twin beds.

Location is everything and being centrally located once you park you'll never need to drive. 2 parking spaces in winter, 3 in summer are provided for this unit and with special arrangements smaller boat trailers or mountain bike trailers are permitted.

We set the home up for your arrival, and clean it up after your gone. We provide fine linens and towels but do recommend you bring additional towels for the spa, or to wipe off your snow gear or sport toys.

This unit is pet friendly. 1 non shedding, hypo allergenic dog preferred. There is an extra charge.

Slip out of the city into our old west inspired mountain lodge... we'll be ready to take care of you.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire home. It has a private entrance. 2 outside parking spaces, and a 3rd in the summer.

I believe that good service is as important as a fine place to stay. I run the Mammoth City Concierge in town We manage vacation rental property, make reservations for our guests and are full of recommendations. The skiing is epic and in summer, our town can't be beat. It as if you have been transported to the beautiful wilderness filled with lakes, fishing and lots of trees.
