The villa has 3 bedrooms, and is suitable for 8 guests ( extra bunk bed)

Welcome to the Royal Blue Villa, it will be our pleasure to welcome you.
The villa is perfect for famillies or group of friends.
The villa has in the front garden a coverd carpark
There is a pool table, a football table and for the kids a huge wooden playground with swings.
The back garden, has a private swimming pool with jacuzzi after taking a swim you can have a shower in the outdoor shower. And relax on the sunbeds.
In the evening, you can have a BBQ and have a nice dinner outisde on the big dinning table. maybe want to play some ping pong in the mean time?
Ready to do some fitness, the garden has a fitness area with weights, running machine etc..
Lets go inside, the villa has 3 bedrooms 1 down and 2 large bedrooms up.
You have a fully equiped kitchen, toaster, coffeemachine, oven, microwave, dishwasher a wasingmachine all is there.
Also for the kids a play area, with a play castle, a secret doll houses hidden under the stairs, duplo, train and much more...
Comfortable sitting area with Satelite Tv and Netflix, Disney, Prime and boardgames..
Up you will come in a second living room with smart tv with netflix and playstation 5 with fifa26 and much more, coffee and tea corner and a extra fridge.
The master bedroom is en-suite with shower with a massage chair
To fully relax in the huge bathroom the is a jacuzzi to bubble away and large walk in shower
The villa really has all what you need, from towels, toiletpaper, sheets shampoo etc we have it.
The pool is not heated in the winter time, the Jacuzzi has option in winter time to be heated for a extra fee for electricity

We have 3 villa's the Royal Blue Villa, Royal Home Villa and since januari 2025 the Royal Sapphire villa.
