Private mid-century guesthouse on a working vineyard just 20 minutes to Sequoia & Kings Canyon. Spend your days exploring giant sequoias, then unwind with wine, a private hot tub, and wide-open foothill views. Spacious, peaceful, and far from the crowds—your perfect basecamp for adventure and relaxation.

The space
The guesthouse consists of a living room/dining room/kitchenette space, a large bedroom, and a newly renovated bathroom. It has its own entrance. The bedroom has a king bed and a loft with a double bed. The living room has a flat screen tv, large sofa, record player, dart board, Roku, and an assortment of games. There is plenty of room for the queen sized Aerobed air mattress we provide on request. This large open space also has a kitchenette with fridge, countertop convection oven, microwave, and coffee maker and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. There is an outdoor kitchen with sink for guests to use for cooking and cleaning. There is a BBQ with side burner and a butane stove. We have a Cusinart propane pizza oven for making or reheating pizza. We provide all pots and pans and utensils and basic seasonings and oils. Guests have a private patio by the hot tub. We have a hot tub available SEASONALLY and an above ground vinyl pool available seasonally that guests are also welcome to use. We will have either the hot tub OR pool but not both. There are lots of yard games and 40 acres of trails for hiking, jogging, and biking. We also have a great inflatable kayak you can borrow to take to one of the many local lakes!
As a working winery we have bottles for sale and offer wine tastings by appointment!

Guest access
Guests can use the bbq grill area. Guests can explore the vineyard and other areas of the property. The only areas that are not open to guests are the main house, pond patio, and garage.

Other things to note
Although we love animals, for the safety and sanity of our pets we ask that guests leave their pets home. We also have allergies and host guests with allergies and need to keep the guest house pet free. Thank you.

Neighborhood highlights

The beauty of the property is that it isn’t close to the hustle and bustle. We do have an amazing coffee shop, Clingan’s Junction Coffee, with fresh homemade baked goods within walking distance at the end of the street. There is also a Valero gas station with a mini grocery (food, beer, wine, toiletries, etc) within walking distance. There is also a taco truck that parks at the Valero Monday-Saturday 2:00-5:00pm. Project Survival’s Cat Haven (a wild cat sanctuary) is 3 miles up the road. Gena’s Bar/Restaurant is 2 miles. Sierra Peaks winery is about 15min away. Of course, there are the National Parks which are about 20 minutes east. The Fresno airport is about 40 min.

My work: Artist & Airbnb host
Hi! My husband and I bought a historic home and vineyard in the Central Valley of California in 2019. We are running our Airbnb and making wine full time! I’m an artist and have a studio on site where I produce work. We live with our two puppies, three cats, and numerous chickens and guinea foul! We love to travel, cook, and relax at home.
