Beautiful, cozy guest suite in adorable beach house jungle yard! 1 block from some of the best beaches for surfing, paddle boarding, tidepooling, and bonfires. Explore town on the 2 electric cruiser bikes, use the surfboards, and soak in the hot tub! We also have a 2 person sea kayak for you to use, conveniently stored at the harbor ready to drop in.

The space
A really incredible little space that we have put a lot of time and love into so that you can come relax by the beach! It's a perfect spot to come back from the beach or to use as a home base for exploring Santa Cruz.

Things to note about the space:
The space is small. It sleeps 3, but we honestly don't recommend it for 3 adults as it'll be a bit snug, haha. But if that doesn't bother you, that's totally fine.

Guest access
Private guest suite with its own entrance, jungle courtyard, and bathroom. The front jungle yard is beautiful and functional with a hot tub, hammock, gas fire pit, and wood fired pizza oven, this part fenced in and all to yourself.
The space is obviously small but well appointed with the outside space as well.
There is a small fridge/freezer/microwave set up (and the wood fired clay oven outside). Keurig with reusable/refillable pods and coffee grinder (bring coffee as we are not leaving things to be shared between guests that can't be sanitized due to Covid).
Washer & Dryer is available to use.
If you plan on using the pizza oven a single box of wood from any grocery store is usually enough to fire it. We send some guidance on using it in the greeting message and house manual and are happy to give you advice on how to use it as it is a fun skill!

Other things to note
If you are bringing an animal please let us know. Our only rules are that you do not leave it home alone or let in on the furniture/beds at any time.
Parking for 1 regular sized car and plenty of off-street.
