Welcome to the The Bloom Inn! A beautiful 1895 historical farmhouse minutes to Round Top, TX's famous antique show. The Bloom Inn will charm you! It was just featured in FleaMarket Home & Living Magazine. The farmhouse has been extensively remodeled, keeping its original shiplap, and adding all the things modern and comfortable. You'll love soaking in a new cast iron clawfoot tub, rocking on the front porch, or simply strolling to a wine bar or local favorite burger joint Joe's Place.

The space
The Bloom Inn has central AC, fast Wifi, and 3 spacious bedrooms, each newly furnished with supremely comfortable mattresses for a relaxing night's sleep. Enjoy the luxurious downstairs master, with 1 queen-size bed & vintage sparkling chandelier. Upstairs features two cozy bedrooms with 4 twin beds. There is an original antique staircase. The Bloom Inn has two new bathrooms, one half bath (upstairs) & 1 full bath (downstairs) with new clawfoot tub/shower and marble floors. The fully-appointed kitchen features everything you need to prep: a professional Bertazonni stove, KitchenAid appliances, glasses, plates & pots, new retro style Fridge, dishwasher, farm sink, marble counter tops & even a stocked coffee bar. Enjoy use of a laundry room, and an office which has WIFI and a printer. The spacious living room features a smart TV, a cozy tufted linen chesterfield sofa and fabulous magazine-worthy antique finds. The picturesque yard, with canopying Pecan trees and rose blooms, is the perfect spot for brides to take pics. Or to watch breathtaking Texas sunsets and relax at the 10-foot farm table under the stars.

Hi! I'm Jen Zerrer. My husband, Tony, and I own The Bloom Inn and The Beattie Rose Cottage. We love these 1895 historical homes, located next to each other, in the heart of Fayetteville, just minutes to Round Top, TX’s famous antique show. We remodeled The Bloom Inn & Beattie Rose to be modern & comfortable but still with history & character. We adore relaxing on the porches and exploring the park-like backyard with Pecan trees. The homes are a short walk to the historic town square.
