Sitting on 3 acres of reservoir waterfront property complete with gorgeous views. This 3,100 sq ft 2-story peaceful escape has everything you need to relax. Sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, stone fireplace, dining for 10, updated kitchen, tons of natural light, screened sunporch, seasonal heated pool (open from Memorial-Labor Day), hot tub, and multiple areas to unwind. Perfect for families and friends.

The space
A spectacular waterfront property complete with amazing reservoir views. The reservoir is to be enjoyed visually, not for public use. This large 2-story getaway's first floor has a dropped living room (set down three stairs) with a large stone fireplace and huge windows overlooking the water, patio, sun porch with furniture, and tons of lush nature. Heat throughout for the Winter, AC (Central Air) for the Summer.

The dining area, which sits above the dropped living room, has a table that can seat up to 10. Huge kitchen includes stainless steel appliances - microwave, dishwasher, plus everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking, bring your extra spices though if salt & pepper alone don't cut it!

Two full baths, three bedrooms - two with queens, and one with a full and twin mattress set of bunkbeds.

Separate TV room with a 50" TV and basic cable.

The basement has a playroom and small climbing wall for kids, as well as well as laundry, older models but fully work.

Second floor has the master bedroom with high ceilings and seven windows overlooking the reservoir, plus large master bath, and small private patio/terrace.

The seasonal fenced pool is heated and open from Memorial - Labor day. To be noted, this is an older pool and deck, it has some seasonal wear so deck shoes are encouraged to avoid splinters.

The screened sunporch has lots of patio furniture for lounging and eating. Back of the house have a bluestone patio with a new grill, as well as a swinging outdoor bench and garden.

The Zena is located right between Kingston and Woodstock with both being about 5-8 mins away, and Saugerties about 17 mins.

Pets are allowed for an additional $100 flat fee per furry friend.
