The space
Our apartment in a large private chalet allows you to enjoy the mountains summer and winter, in the quiet of a village on the heights of Serre Chevalier- Briançon, sunny, in a magnificent panorama. Ski slopes and paths are nearby, ( see description of the access below) the train station 6 km, the city of Briançon 5 km.
Snow removal from the road if necessary is permanent. Bakeries and supermarkets are 10 min drive away.
One thing is clear : you must bring sheets and towels. Linen rental service is also available . The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities you need. There are records and books to relax in. The whole is simple and warm. It is well suited for people who want to enjoy the mountain, the sun and the quiet, a superb view and space with tracks and paths very close, even on foot. Finally, at the time of your departure we propose you to do the cleaning yourself for the following tenants. If you do not wish, we will arrange for this to be done at an extra cost of 70 euros.

You will be in a hamlet of houses overlooking the valley. The village is quiet and has a hostel. Shops are 5 km away. Ski slopes, ski lessons are about 200 m away on foot by a road then a path. Cable car, courses, ski lifts are located there near a chalet restaurant with terrace " the chalet of Pralong ". http://chaletdepralong.fr A locker is available for the skis if you wish . For access to the slopes by car, parking is 5 km away in Briançon.

This property has been owned by our family for over 30 years. We are happy to be there but also to share it because we live too far away to enjoy it as often as we want.
We do not provide a cleaning fee. We therefore count on you to leave the accommodation very clean (sanitary facilities, kitchen, vacuum cleaner, dishes) and tidy. If you do not wish to do this yourself, the cleaning that will then be charged (contact me) can be carried out for you. Thank you :-)
