Location, location, location! This beautiful craftsman home is situated in an ultra-convenient area for anyone wanting to get around easily in Saint Paul or Minneapolis, especially if you don't have a vehicle. The house is a 3-block walk to the light rail, which effortlessly connects you to various locations throughout Saint Paul, MSP Airport, Mall of America (MOA), downtown Minneapolis and the U of M Campus. You are also within walking distance of numerous local shops and eateries.

The space
Built in 1910, this gorgeous craftsman home has all the classic features including original oak hard-wood floors, pristine woodwork, leaded windows, and high ceilings. Numerous windows throughout the property let in ample amounts of natural light, lending to a serene feeling within. The room itself boasts trendy furnishings and decor so that guest will feel comfortable and at home whether they are staying for 3 nights or 3-months. The private bedroom had a keyed door lock for privacy and security. There is a full kitchen stocked with all necessary kitchen implements for basic meal prep and cooking so that guests can shop locally and prepare meals if desired while staying at the house.

During your stay
I do not live on-site but host several listings in the area so I am frequently in Saint Paul to check on the homes. I am reachable by phone if anything is needed, and have local contractors and cleaners should any needs arise during your stay. I also have a full time contractor and a cleaner who visits the house once every two weeks to make sure the common areas of the home stay sparkling clean.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a four bedroom home, so there may be a total of four guests staying at any given time. The room on the main level of the home has a private bathroom, and the 3 rooms upstairs share a 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub).
