We're originally from New York but have lived out here on this property for almost thirty years. We both love gardening, especially with cactus and succulents, cooking (especially breads, jams, & pies), traveling, animals (we have a menagerie), and designing and making things together. Nicko's other passions include woodworking and Mara's hiking. Together we have built the hilltop cabin, as well as a tiny house on wheels (also on our property), a teardrop trailer, a kayak, a standup paddle board, a spiral staircase, nearly all the furniture in our house, and many, many other things. We love meeting new people and are happy to share our property with our guests.
