This newly constructed home is in Sloan's Lake Park; stroll less than a block to enjoy over 3 miles of trails and acres of serene nature in the heart of Denver. Walk to local coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and shops or lounge on the rooftop to watch a game on the outdoor TV, hang by the fire pit, or enjoy a dinner and views with friends!

Neighborhood highlights

Sloan's Lake one of the best neighborhoods in Denver! It's been built out over the last few years to include a number of great shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions, but the best part about my spot is that you're just across the street from the lake and the park. It has an awesome 3 mile loop, great for a quick morning jog, and lots of green space to relax on a pretty day.

In the same complex, there is the Alamo Draft House where you can go for a meal, a cocktail, and/or a movie. We're also a stones throw from the Bronco's Stadium so it's a great place to crash for a game. Odell Brewery is now open which is a second tap house and there's a restaurant called "The Patio" that is also literally steps from the back door.
