Unparalleled Beauty and Elegance at the Longview Chateau. We allow small sized gatherings and family events or ceremonies for an added fee in addition to the lodging cost. The property includes an infinity pool, pond, and 9600 square foot castle with breathtaking views of the Sierra Foothills plus many amenities.

The space
Additional Apartment with two bedrooms 1 bath, full kitchen located on top of garage can be rented if extra space is needed. It’s will be locked if not rented .
Please note the apartment will not be rented during your stay by another guest.

OUTSIDE
Property includes a magnificent infinity pool, lush year-round pond, built-in trampoline, and double-gated entry with a dramatic drive-up approach. The land we’re on is wild, so please be mindful of stickers, poison oak, and wild animals. Respect the earth!

INSIDE
Property features remarkable craftsmanship with custom stone and limestone walls throughout. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, Master suite with balcony private steam sauna shower and large jacuzzi bathtub. Full luxury kitchen two sinks and two refrigerators (please note that when you put warm grocery’s in an empty fridge it will take up to 24 hours to get to the level of coolness you like especially if you leave the doors open to load it up ). Two dishwashers, formal dining room, living room, large game room in the basement, and grand staircase. Also, we are on satellite internet. We have no way of controlling speed or usage; we have the biggest fastest plan we can acquire in our area being so rural. Please download and upload movies/shows , games, and music before you get here so that normal usage will remain useable . The more people on devices the slower the internet gets :) emails and browsing should be just fine ;) We are also on a well, so please use water-wise practices and we have a whole house water filter so you can drink out of the tap . Thank you

Guest access
The entire property is available to guests. Come explore this playground for grown-ups and kids alike. There is no garage access unless you clear it with the owners

Other things to note
For more than 16 guests we require special permits, insurance, and incur an additional fee depending on the size of the party and needs. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, please make sure to discuss any details with the host if considering holding a party for additional information rules and policies.

DETAILS

The parking lot for no more than 20 cars on the premises at one time. Nothing larger than 4 x 4 cars are allowed! Please reach out directly for information regarding the shuttle service if needed.

No signs or balloons allowed on the road or at the gate. NO GLITTER, confetti or rice at the Chateau , min 250$ clean up if used.

There is a 25$ fee per trash bag that does not fit in the allocated containers in garage hallway. Please pack out if you packed it in. If trash is put at the end of Country club lane in the trash bins you will also be fined as those are not our personal property.

No loud music or yelling outside past 9:00 on the weekends and 8:00 weekdays.
Music inside can go all night with the doors closed. The basement is a great place to let loose as well.
