Welcome to The Honeycrisp House. Located directly across from Beak & Skiff Apple Orchard's, this is the perfect house for a weekend get away in the country. Situated in the middle of Beak & Skiff Apple Orchard's, the house sits atop the highest point in Onondaga County. The living room boasts a million dollar view that showcases the true beauty of apple country.
The space
Welcome to The Honeycrisp House!
We’re delighted you chose to stay with us. Nestled in the heart of our expansive 1,000-acre apple orchard, The Honeycrisp House is a charming extension of the Beak & Skiff Orchards legacy, which has been thriving since 1911. Built by Dick Beak, a third-generation family member, this house boasts the most breathtaking view on the property, overlooking rows of Honeycrisp apple trees that inspired its name.
The space
BEDROOMS:
Our bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring high-quality beds, linens, and décor. Each room has an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant climate year-round.
BATHROOMS:
Bathrooms come stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. For additional supplies, check the key in the electrical closet in the basement. Let us know if you need further assistance.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, including:
- Fridge/freezer
- Stovetop
- Microwave
- Oven
- Crockery and cutlery
- Dishwasher
- Keurig coffee maker
Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary selection of Beak & Skiff’s finest—hard cider, spirits, fresh cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and our famous cider donuts.
TELEVISION AND AMENITIES:
Relax with two flat-screen TVs: a smart TV with Spectrum cable in the living room and another smart TV in the game room. Enjoy music and trivia with our Alexa device and multiple speakers.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and detergent for your convenience.
PARKING:
The garage accommodates up to 2 cars, with additional driveway parking available.
POOL:
The pool, open from June to September, is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please supervise children around the pool and keep the gate closed when not in use.

The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay. The doors are code-operated for easy self check-in. You will receive check-in instructions and access codes one week before your arrival via the Airbnb app. The codes will grant you access to all areas of the home, including the pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
