The space
Renovated guesthouse, located on our 52 acre property.
Only 2 hours drive from NYC!
Queen size
TV and wireless Internet.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Wood stove with glass front.
Full bath with claw foot tub.

Please note that the guesthouse isn't stand alone on the property. It is connected to the side of our main house. But, it DOES have its own private entrance and hang out/BBQ area.

Guest access
Feel free to walk through the woods. Take a dip in the pond. And yes, you can use the sauna! Just please inquire about it when you're here, and I will give the details.

Other things to note
We have 2 very friendly dogs. Bowie, is a pit mix and is 3,5 years old, and Murphy is a big goofy itallian mastiff and is only 1,5. They are very sweet (and attention seeking!... ) and love meeting the new humans visiting the property... So dont be alarmed if you see them roaming around the yard, they are very nice:-)

If you are bringing a dog, it MUST be ok with other dogs! Our dogs love other dogs, but please be 100% that your dog is ok with new friends too...

Lives in Ghent, New York
Hi there! My name is Donna. My husband and I live upstate NY with our 2 boys, Finnley who is 9 and Dakota who is 6. We also have 2 dogs, both very friendly. Bowie is a 3 year old pit mix, and Murphy is 1,5 years old, and a big goofy mastiff "baby". When COVID hit, we left Brooklyn and headed upstate. This place used to be our weekend house, but we ended up loving the calm country living so much, that we never went back to NYC living...
