The space
The best way to view the entire property is to look at the On Sacred Grounds listing at airbnb.com/rooms/22018856 and the Franciscan Cellar at airbnb.com/rooms/31387409. The 1913 Historic Craftsman listing incorporates both the upstairs and downstairs descriptions. I am still uploading images and it may take awhile.

The ultimate in affordable indulgence, the 1913 Historic Craftsman combines the elegance of the On Sacred Grounds listing with the practical simplicity of the Franciscan Cellar. The large HD, smart TV upstairs features local programming. You can sign-in to your own Netflix account. The downstairs TV has free Netflix since it is not connected to an antenna.

The downstairs has its own private bathroom and a mini food preparation area. The upstairs has a complete kitchen.

For additional entertainment, an old style record player is provided with modern CD capability. A relaxing BBQ under a covered patio with a view of a flower garden combines work with pleasure with a 6 person patio table. Additional chairs are available.

Guest access
When you rent the entire home, you have access to all parts of the house (except for a storage area located off the kitchen). The upstairs area is over 700 square feet; downstairs area approximately 400 square feet. The gently used books in the downstairs library are also available for sale. Local art work hung upstairs and downstairs are also available for sale.

Guests can use the driveway accessed off of Florida Street and the two designated parking areas on Florida Street (Franciscan Cellar and Pilgrim's Couch). The length of both spots would easily accommodate an RV.

Other things to note
Built in 1913, this home is heated with forced air through a duct system. Heating is controlled from the main floor. The Franciscan Cellar is beneath the street surface and is cooler. Additional space heaters are provided.

Water discharged into the plumbing is audible downstairs. When the water ejector (downstairs) is activated; a humming noise may be heard upstairs. Voices sometimes travel through the duct system.

City regulations require the responsible guest to provide government ID, permanent address, and phone number for the host. Information will treated confidentially. If this information is not provided, the booking will be canceled and money not refunded.

While alcohol is permitted on the premises, the guest needs to inform the host at check-in. The host asks that adult beverages should be consumed responsibly.
