This is a Luxurious Houseboat on the Seneca Cayuga Canal at the mouth of Seneca Lake. The boat is 15 feet wide by 67 feet long. The interior has a full living room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, all heated and air conditioned.
There are decks at the stern and bow for cooking on the gas grill, sightseeing, lounging, and enjoying the wildlife. The boat includes an upper deck which includes a service bar, hot tub, and water slide, ideal location for sunbathing or relaxing.

The space
Spend your days tied to the dock swimming and grilling off of the deck. The fall is a great time to observe wildlife off the deck and do some fishing. The marina also has pontoon boats, paddle boats, kayaks, skis and tubes that are available for rent at anytime during your stay on the lake. In the summer and part of the fall we have guided tours of the lake and canal.
Our marina is also known for its Tiki Bar North, and Lake Street Station Winery open every afternoon/evening with live music several days a week! We also offer home made food available for purchase. The bar is family friendly.
