The Everhart House was built in 1866. Restored. Family friendly. Great for small family reunions or retreats. Close to interstate and historic areas. Located on working farm. Serenity Chapel and Everhart Cemetery on property. House has several interesting relics and rooms to explore.

The space
New central heat and air system. No internet or cable. This is a place for a true get away! Front porch swings and covered picnic area with small fire pit.

Guest access
House and yard. Everhart Cemetery and Serenity Chapel. Other areas for hiking as approved by the family. Barns and farming areas off limits.

Other things to note
Although there is no cable or internet, there is a television and DVD player with many family oriented movies. Also children’s books and games. Plenty of outdoor space for activities.
