The spacious 220 sqm villa (built in 2019) is located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a small quiet village within a 5 minutes drive from the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego.

Set in a pristine nature reserve marvellous walks and runs in the pine woods are just 50m away .

Carvalhal (10 min drive) & Comporta (12mins) ou can find main services as groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, shops, etc. In high season a grocery shop is in 5mins walkings distance.

The space
The property has 4 bedrooms + 3,5 bathrooms with a total of 2 double beds and 4 individual beds (+ 2 optional foldable beds) hosting up to a total of 10 guests (+babies).
All equipment is of a very high standard with artwork in every room. The house is eco friendly with hot water and electricity being solar powered. A charging station for EVs is available.

Babysitter also available at hourly rates (during summer time, booking in advance is recommended).

You'll find a detailed manual with suggestions on perfect beach spots, restaurants and activities in the area (as a small booklet and as a pdf with links).

Please note that the house is entrusted to you in perfect condition and clean. We simply ask you to return it in the same condition (dishes made, empty bins, etc.)

The villa is located at the quiet small village of Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, surrounded by pine trees and rice fields.

The closest village is Carvalhal, a 10 min drive, where you can find main services as groceries, restaurants and coffee shops, bank, newspaper's shop, etc.

The popular village of Comporta, a 15 min drive, has several restaurants and shops, gourmet grocerie, butcher and fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.

The surroundings are perfect for walks in the pinewoods or rice fields or for a horseback at the beach. Runs through the rice fields are a special treat for sports afficionados. The area is a natural observatory for a huge variety of migrant birds during harvesting time.

You can go for a bike ride in the surroundings or even to the beach, through the rice fields and across the dunes, along the coast in Carvalhal village.

The long beaches have hidden spots for a picnic or a horse ride and a drive along the coastline will let you discover a charming diversity of beachscapes -- from clifflines with sedimentary washouts to extensive dunes and easily accessible beaches with fine restaurants.
