Message us for long term stays and travel nurses. 1250 SF two bedroom downstairs apartment in an historic home. Built in 1895 & listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the J.K. Wadley House is located just blocks from downtown in an older area of town. Near UAMS & Wadley Hospital. Restaurants & entertainment within blocks. It is an old home in an older neighborhood that is beginning to see a comeback. We live next door and are a phone call away if you need anything.

The space
Private entrance to apartment. Guests/travel nurses will have private access to private apartment, but shared access to washer and dryer. Fully furnished for the perfect stay. Kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.
Stocked kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV/internet(no cable or satellite). Large porch and shared gazebo to enjoy nice weather. The apartment includes a bathroom, kitchen, butler's pantry/dining room, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and sitting area with pedestal table. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and sitting area with small table. We provide a trashcan outside by the back door for trash disposal.
ABSOLUTELY NO parties or unregistered guests. No children under the age of 13.

Guest access
You will have the downstairs of the house accessible through the side door by the driveway. There is one locked closet in the downstairs in which we store our supplies.

Other things to note
You may park one vehicle in the driveway in the designated spot marked for the downstairs apartment. Additional vehicles or vehicles with low undercarriage clearance or oversized (wide or tall) vehicles/trucks must park on the street in front of the house.
No smoking, vaping, candles or open flame. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or unregistered guests.
