Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant.

Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.

Only available for overflow garbage. Private driveway is for 2 parking spots & the home’s entry. A separate 3 season room directly overlooks Conneaut Lake. A large side patio with 3 picnic tables, a Weber Gas Grill w 2 fire pit areas available.
We reserve the right to access our pontoon boat with advanced notice to you.

Hi- We are Ava and Frank. Our Lakeside Sunrise home has been in the family since 1984. I am fortunate enough to continue to enjoy it today and share this peaceful place with our guests. Frank is from Clearfield PA and is a diehard Penn State and Steelers fan. We are (mostly) retired and always try to move forward with projects to improve the home. I am an RN and work occasionally yet. We hope your stay on the lake is enjoyable and relaxing. We try hard to provide a pleasant setting. If you need anything- please just let us know.
